"Silkworm Hands" Emei 12 Forms
The video below shows the "Silkworm Hands" which is the fundamental movements throughout the Heaven and Earth Forms. "Silkworm Hands" are done by circular movements of the wrists, finger joints and palms. Demonstrated by Xun Shen Tang (China), disciple of the13th Lineage Holder Grandmaster Fu Wei Zhong.
